Dreamwork and spiritual direction are not therapy, and I am not a therapist. These practices can shed light on an issue you’re working on in therapy, or open up new territory for therapeutic exploration. I stay within the limits defined by the Ethics Statements of the IASD and SDI*. I am glad to offer referrals to Nashville area therapists if needed.
No one can tell you what your dreams mean. I help you find your own “Aha” which is the only reliable indicator of a dream’s possible meaning for you. I usually integrate spiritual inquiry with Jungian theory and invite practice of different dreamwork methods. I’ll work with your needs and wishes, however, so let me know what you’d like to see. *The International Association for the Study of Dreams and the Spiritual Directors International. I’m affiliated with both of these professional organizations.
